Interestingly the online forums mention that folks are seeing even 2nd and 3rd printings within a week of the release date, indicating the 1st edition print run may be smaller than typical for a King book. I don't expect it's small enough to raise the price on the secondary market beyond the issue price of $30 anytime soon as is/was available for around $18 at most major bookstores. But something to watch out for if you haven't picked up a copy yet, and maybe get a mylar cover over the DJ sooner than usual.
