An art portfolio with a print run of 750 copies was also availble to order for $50, if you ordered before the release of the book CD would match the number of the portfolio to your book. CD also made 200 copies available to be remarqed by Glen Chadbourne (for an additioanl fee) and have the page tipped in to the book during binding.

Although Tomislav may not be as well known as other Kiing illustrators, it's not his first SK project. He also was the illustrator for the wraparound cover in Full Dark No Stars and the PS Publishing anniversary edition illustrations
