An art portfolio with a print run of 750 copies was also availble to order for $50, if you ordered before the release of the book CD would match the number of the portfolio to your book. CD also made 100 copies available to be remarqed by David Palumbo and 200 copies to be remarqued by Glen Chadbourne (for an additioanl fee) and have the page tipped in to the book during binding.

The issue price of 'Salem's Lot from Cemetery Dance was slightly more expensive than the issue price of Carrie from Cemetery Dance that preceded it.
