King's contribution to this book is a foreward. As I was putting together this page I found a pretty interesting review of the book.

There's an old forum thread talking about how Putnam took over the the distrubution of the book from Philtrum. I was unable to find the issue price of the trade edition either from Putnam or Philtrum, if anyone has that info please email me and i'll update the page.
